I already have a pair of riding short boots, and it brings me a feeling of safety during driving, for it fits me all right.
However, when it comes to walking after getting off my bike, it is difficult for me to walk around for long hours. It is because it clamps my ankles and the sole is too hard.
I chose this alpinestars shoes for its design and reputation.
Just as expected of the master of riding shoes, it is well made and cool.
For my initial use, I drove 200km and walked around the sightseeing area for an hour or so. I felt safe just like wearing a riding boots, and didn't feel tired even after walking for long hours.
As it has hard soles, you might have trouble walking on sloping or bumpy roads, but I think you will have no problem using it in normal condition.
It's my first alpinestars, and I will treasure it!
