The OEM quick shifter used to miss downshifts, as if no signal was sent to cut ignition. Suspected it was due to the minute play in the shift shaft. With the support plate fitted to eliminate any play, using the quick shifter to down shift is now a joy and consistent. Perfect fit for 2021 CB1000R i wish there was a black version but this will do Excellent fit for my bike it used to missed shift now it work flawless
