BULL DOCK's Z1-R

BULLDOCK_Z1-R_01.jpg

BULL DOCK calls the complete machines they produce "GT-M (Genuine Tuning Machine)". This Z1-R, with turquoise blue pinstripes running on the white-based body, could be a replica of the demonstration bike, GT-M001, which is the culmination of BULL DOCK's own processing and parts.

Each GT-M is manufactured in-house, including the internal combustion engine machining. The work is done under in-house control, and a serial plate is attached as proof of this. On top of this base, the BULL DOCK's own brand parts, such as Mccoy, which are manufactured under the same control, are used. The front and rear wheels have been modified to 17 inches.

Bodyworks

The lower windshield mounted bikini cowl is a BULL DOCK's original product. The off-white and light blue lines are based on the image of GT-M001.

The aluminum fuel tank, which has the same shape as the stock Z1-R but is much lighter, is also their original part. This replacement can enhance the performance.

The seat are Mccoy Supreme and have unique skin patterns on both the rider and pillion. This improves the rider's comfort and the holding of the bike.

Handle

The instrument panel with the STACK engine tachometer in the center is a carbon one-off, which is different from the GT-M001. The left and right master cylinders are both Brembo radial (Gale Speed Elaborate in 001), but this can be used according to one's preference.

Engine

The engine is a consistent method for GT-M, and the internal combustion engine machining is also done at BULL DOCK. The current model shows that GT-M has high quality in everything it does.

Intake & Exhaust

The exhaust system is the original Mccoy Titanium 4-1, and the Mccoy Neo was chosen for the titanium shell and aluminum end silencer, which have a modern pentagonal cross-section design.

The carburetor is a Yoshimura Black Absolute-spec. TMR-MJN (dual stack. Φ38mm for this bike, Φ40mm for 001).

Chassis

The rearsets kit is also by Mccoy, and the outboard and offset sprockets, which increase shift shaft support rigidity for more accurate operation.

The swingarm is an aluminum 7N01 triple square cross section Mccoy (in 001, lowering adjustable prototype) and the drive chain is RK 520XW.

The Φ43mm front forks are BULL DOCK Special Tuned NITRON NTR (rear shocks as well). The wheels are original forged aluminum La Volante wheels in 3.50-17/6.00-17 sizes. The front brakes are Brembo radial 4P calipers with Mccoy x Sunstar discs.
