A few parts needed replacing on this bike due to corrosion of bad salty weather. This plug pin and the actual hanger pin were not great. We decided to just get both of the parts and replace as just replacing one was a little silly. The plug pin was not hard to find as I had Honda schematics to check on. After finding the 2 parts needed on Webike website, I ordered these along with a couple of other bits. This saved on shipping and also meant that all the parts I needed, would arrive at the same time. This allows me to get on with the jobs together instead of having to wait for another shipment. The plug pin arrived and was inside a bubble wrap envelope that Webike warehouse had made. This kept both the plug pin and the hanger pin together for safety and so they would not get lost. The plug pin is essentially a grub screw which protect the hanger pin head from getting messed up. Unfortunately, someone had this plug pin out before and had not seated it correctly which meant salt and other road debris had made it's way inside. These things happen. The plug pin is well machined and even though it is a tiny part, Honda took the time to make it right. It went straight into the hanger pin with no fuss and now I am confident that this is protected going forward. Thanks you Webike. View Detail

These were other part that was for a CBR900RR I got in from a customer. This time it is the front brake pads for the bike as the old ones were well beyond their usage. I did change the rear pads on this service too as they were not the best shape. Usually on these bigger bikes, the front need changing twice as often as the rear anyway but the rear was not changed last service, so it was time. Finding the right ones was easy but checking on EBC's own website pulled up the right ones. Luckily, they had a set in their warehouse and so added to my order. EMS shipped my order and all arrived in perfect condition in 5 days from being shipped. Everything was well padded out in the box so there was no damage. These pads are EBC so I know these are cracking pads for this bike. Plus, the pads do last quite a while, probably longer than these should have as the customer clearly prefers the front brake to the rear. The pad material is even and looks pretty tasty for this big bike. Perhaps not as smoothly sintered as I have previously had but they do have some heavy compound in them. About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the material used is steel with a zinc coating. About the feeling of use, Two 16mm flanged bolts are needed for the new engine that I am building from newly purchased parts from Honda. They has done their job securing the oil separator plate onto the right crankcase half. Products to buy together, To be able to complete a new engine build many newly purchased parts are required to be added to your cart and the one to purchase together to complete the installation of the flanged bolts is the oil separator plate. Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the flanged bolt for my installation was very easy due to already having access as the crankcase half is new and the process is explained in the service manual which is to be tightened to the required torque value. Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of this product is great. You receive an original Honda flanged bolt that will be suitable for engine builds and repairs and I do not see this being offered any cheaper elsewhere. About shipping and packaging, My order was shipped within 24 hours of the product being in stock and I received a few emails advising me of the status up until the order was dispatched. The order arrived within the estimated date range and was extremely well packaged. I found the link supplied to track my order very useful while I was waiting for the order to land in the country. This was another part that was needed for the CB1000R that came in. This was in need of a new o-ring for the right side crank case cover that was also being changed. It just makes sense to change the o-ring too as the old one was not great. I did not know the history of this bike and with checking the old o-ring, it certainly needed a new one. I found the right o-ring by using the tools Webike provide on their help section and then cross referencing with Honda schematics for my own peace of mind. I did have a couple of other parts I needed to order so I just got them all at the same time. My preferred courier is EMS as they just get the orders to me fast and efficiently. In 5 days from being shipped the order arrived. Everything was well packaged and no damage at all. Even the smaller parts were packed in bubble wrap for safety. This o-ring was inside the standard Honda packet and was in perfect condition. The quality is brilliant. It is a nicely made o-ring and there were no extra bits of rubber attached like you get with some after market brands. I double checked the diameter and it was exactly as it should be. I wipe a little oil on the o-ring in this section as it helps to stop from pinching or breaking the new o-ring upon install. I used Join link 525 ZVMX2 to extend old DID 525ZVMX2, that chain used to be used for my Ducati SF 1098S, because the old chain is 6 links shorter than for Multistrada 1260S. After installing I ride a long trip of 6000km, It operates smoothly, stable and has a very good driving feel.View Detail

As with when ever I change out bearings regardless of where, if the circlip is also available, I do tend to change these out too. No point putting a previously removed circlip on a new build. Yes, it might look ok but the tension is never going to be what it actually should be. So, finding the right circlip was as straight forward as finding the bearing. Using the tools Webike provide on their help pages and cross referencing for my own peace of mind on Honda schematics. The price was excellent as expected. With some other parts for this bike in my basket already, I had them all shipped together to save a little shipping fees. EMS is my courier of choice as they just get the orders delivered fast with no fuss. Upon arrival, the box was well packaged and all the smaller parts were individually packed for safety. The circlip came in the standard Honda packet. Not really much I can say about this circlip, it is well machined, the parameters are within spec. The quality is plain to see but until you attempt top put it in place, you are never going to know how it fits. With no issues on the install, I can say, this is a top quality part from Honda and that was the finish of the main bearing in the transmission replacement. This was another of the parts I needed for the rebuild of the swingarm on the CBR600RR. Although the bearing was not too bad, there was visible corrosion on the outer race which I do not like. No point in trying to buff it off as once it sets in, it will always come back. Besides, if you take off too much material, it will affect the seating position of the part anyway. I found the right bearing by using Honda schematics. Webike did not have this in stock but it literally took 3 days for them to get it and ship my order. With the other parts for this rebuild, I had all shipped at the same time so I would get all the parts I needed together. In literally 5 days from being shipped the order arrived. EMS are just that quick. My bearings were expertly packaged and inside a padded out envelope. The bearing also came in the Honda standard packet. Much like the needle bearing, the dimensions were spot on. The finish on the outer race was smooth and free form any marks or debris. The ball bearings you could see were well packed with grease so ran free and evenly. Not really much else I can say. Top Honda quality throughout. Very pleased with my purchase. View Detail
